Terms and privacy

Last updated 10 October 2026.

Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Golku ("we", "us") for the Golku app and the golku.com website. By creating an account or using the app you accept them.

What Golku is

Golku is a video player. It plays an IPTV subscription that you get from a provider of your choice, using the Xtream Codes details or M3U link they give you. We do not sell, host, stream, relay or recommend any channels, films or shows, and we have no relationship with your provider. Artwork, ratings and cast details come from public catalogues such as TMDb, and sports schedules from public sports data.

Your responsibilities

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Trial, subscription and cancelling

The service

We work to keep Golku running well, but it is provided "as is". Whether a channel or film plays depends on your provider and your internet connection, which we don't control. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we will email you before it applies. Using Golku after that means you accept the new terms.

Privacy policy

We collect only what Golku needs to work. We don't show ads, and we don't sell or share your data for advertising.

What we keep

Your TV connects to your provider directly. The streams you watch don't pass through our servers, and we don't keep a record of what you watch beyond Continue Watching.

Who processes it for us

Bolt TV accounts

If you used Bolt TV with the same email, your first Golku sign-in copies your line, profiles and watch history from Bolt TV so you don't start over.

Your choices

You can change your line or sign out from golku.com/login at any time. To get a copy of your data or to delete your account and everything in it, email support@golku.com from the address you sign in with. We delete account data within 30 days of a request; Stripe keeps payment records as the law requires.
